So thankful I called Keenan. First, they actually picked up the phone when I called them. I needed my hot water heater replaced and all they needed were a couple pictures from my cell phone to give me an estimate over the phone. They came over later that afternoon and had the whole job done in a little over an hour. They were courteous, responsive, and on-time.

They did quality work and my final bill was exactly what I was quoted on the phone- not a penny more. They were also a few hundred dollars less than I had been quoted elsewhere.

I wish more contractors operated like this!
